Milwaukee, WI - June 28, 2012 - A $25,000 grant to Advocates of Ozaukee will enable the Saukville-based nonprofit to expand its breadth of services for the victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault that it serves.

The grant will support the position of a legal advocate, who will offer the nonprofit's clients legal advocacy and support services, including helping with restraining orders, attending court hearings for divorce or child custody cases and accompanying sexual assault victims to police lineups.

Overall, through its second quarter competitive grantmaking process, the Foundation awarded a total of $309,726 in grants to area nonprofits.
