Our roots run deep in Waukesha County. For more than 60 years, the Greater Milwaukee Foundation has contributed to the quality of life enjoyed by Waukesha County residents through our grantmaking. From the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts, the Mukwonago River Watershed and The Women’s Center to the public art on display in downtown Waukesha’s Transit Center, we are gratified our presence throughout the county has helped so many generous individuals accomplish so much.

Foundation donors are determined to keep the communities that they call home exceptional places, while reaching beyond to create new opportunities and enrich the lives of other neighbors and communities near and far. Two hundred and ten funds have been created by Waukesha County residents and the number grows each year. We are honored by the trust residents continue to place in us.
