Established by the City of Milwaukee to finance specified projects for beautification of the city and environmental education. The designated fund receives and administers private funds donated to the city for nontraditional or special project forestry purposes, including contributions from city employees to "VISIONS: Milwaukee's Cultural and Environmental Campaign."
