The Anti-Displacement Fund supports low-income residents in two Milwaukee neighborhoods (Bronzeville and Walkers Point) experiencing increases in assessed values of homes resulting in significant property tax increases. The fund supports largely homeowners who are elderly and on a fixed income and ensures they are able to remain in their homes.
