Resources for Donors – COVID-19

The Greater Milwaukee Foundation is deeply grateful for the generosity of many donors, past and present, who have made our community’s collective response to the COVID-19 outbreak possible. Thank you for everything you have done and will do to support our community in need.

Foundation staff are working remotely, but we are committed to continuing our philanthropic service to you and our community without disruption. As you plan your philanthropic priorities, please consider the following resources and, as always, contact your philanthropic adviser with any questions or ideas you may have. Together, we will continue to deliver hope and help to those who need it most, and as a community, we will thrive.

MKE RESPONDS

In partnership with local philanthropists and funders, the Foundation created the MKE Responds Fund to provide rapid resources to local organizations serving those disproportionately impacted by the health and economic consequences of COVID-19. Any size donation to the fund helps us meet the community’s urgent needs, particularly for food, shelter, physical and mental health services, and early childhood and K-12 education support. Over time, the fund will support our community’s recovery from the pandemic.
