Donor portal login
Greater Milwaukee Foundation fund advisers can manage and monitor their funds through our online donor portal. The donor portal allows users to view past fund contributions and grant recommendations, make new contributions and grants, access fund statements, generate tax receipts, update contact information and more.
Donors who do not have their own funds but give to Greater Milwaukee Foundation funds now have access to their giving histories and the ability to give online through the donor portal.

How to use the donor portal
If you have not logged in to the donor portal before, you can use your email address to log in. If you have logged in before, please use your username and password.

Login and password reset
- Your username is your email address. Usernames are case sensitive.

If you don’t have a username, click Login with Email to receive a temporary PIN.

Go to the Security section of the Profile tab to update your username and password.
- If you are locked out of your account:
- Click Forgot Password on the login page.
- Enter your username and click the Reset Password button. If an account with the provided username is found, instructions to reset your password will be sent to the email address for that account.

Want to change your profile information?

Click the Profile link in the upper right area of your donor portal.

Click the Edit Information button to change your address or phone number.

Click the Save button to keep the changes.
