Meeting reservations

Looking for a space to host your next meeting? The Greater Milwaukee Foundation can help. Nonprofit and for-profit organizations alike are welcomed and encouraged to reserve a conference room or meeting space for their next meeting or event. 

The space can accommodate anywhere between 4 to 140 attendees as well as hybrid meetings. Beverages and light snacks are provided. 

Fill out this quick form to get started and a Foundation representative will be in touch. Space is reserved on a first come, first served basis dependent on availability and number of attendees.

Note: No less than 48 hours notice is required. The Foundation offices closed on the following days: New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth Day, July 4 and 5, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Nov. 28 and 29), Christmas Eve and Day.
