Kenyatta Sinclair is responsible for talent development, culture and engagement, policy and compliance, performance and accountability and diversity, equity, inclusion and belong efforts. She is a dedicated professional with more than two decades of experience in the nonprofit sector. Kenyatta has a proven record of enhancing staff capacity to achieve strategic outcomes, achieved success in organizational change management and is a valued contributor to the creation and sustainability of inclusive spaces. Kenyatta is a certified Consultant, trainer of Crucial Conversations and Color Code. Sinclair earned a bachelor’s degree from Concordia University and a master’s degree in management from Cardinal Stritch University, where she has also completed doctoral coursework in leadership for the advancement of learning and service. Kenyatta joined the Foundation in 2021.
