The nonprofit directory provides a categorized listing of area nonprofits from Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington and Waukesha counties and their current funding needs.
This form is divided into two sections: Public Information and Internal Information. Details provided in the Public Information section will appear in your nonprofit’s directory listing and will be visible to donors and other visitors. The Internal Information section is for administrative purposes only and will not be shared publicly.
We recommend reviewing the questions in advance and being prepared before you start, as progress will not be saved.

A Community Bridge profile has no impact on grant application reviews tied to these additional funding opportunities.

Our first group of profiles have been entered into Community Bridge and the online directory will officially launch at the end of June. We’ll continue to accept submissions on a rolling basis. Profiles submitted after launch will be published within 4 to 8 weeks. We will be in touch to let you know once your profile is published.
